Terms of Service

By using ReZoom (via WhatsApp or the web portal at rezoom.in), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ReZoom provides:

• A WhatsApp bot to log work achievements via voice notes and text
• AI-powered resume generation tailored to job descriptions
• A web portal to view, edit, and download resumes

The service uses AI models (Anthropic Claude) to process your inputs. AI-generated output may contain errors. Always review your resume before submitting it to employers.

• Your account is identified by your WhatsApp phone number.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• You must be 18 years or older to use ReZoom.
• One account per phone number.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate false or misleading resume content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person

You retain ownership of all content you provide (voice notes, resume data, job descriptions). By using the service, you grant ReZoom a limited licence to process and store this content solely to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your resume or career data.

Resume content is generated by AI based on information you provide. ReZoom does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any particular job application. You are solely responsible for verifying and approving your resume before use.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (WhatsApp, hosting), or other factors outside our control.

ReZoom is currently free during the beta period. We will provide notice before introducing paid plans. Free tier limits may apply.

You may delete your account at any time by messaging DELETE to the ReZoom WhatsApp number or emailing hello@rezoom.in.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReZoom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost job opportunities or errors in AI-generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms. We will notify users via WhatsApp when material changes are made. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
