Privacy Policy

ReZoom ("we", "our", "us") is a career-tools service operating at rezoom.in. We help professionals log work achievements via WhatsApp voice notes and generate tailored resumes.

• WhatsApp phone number — used to identify your account and deliver messages.
• Voice recordings and transcripts — audio you send us is transcribed and stored as structured work experience data.
• Resume content — job titles, companies, dates, skills, certifications, and achievements you provide or upload.
• Job descriptions — text you paste when generating a tailored resume.
• Usage data — basic logs (message timestamps, feature usage) for service reliability.

• To provide the service — transcribing voice notes, building and updating your profile, and generating resume documents.
• To improve accuracy — reviewing transcription and extraction quality in aggregate.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.

• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — used to send and receive messages. Subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic Claude — AI model used to transcribe voice notes and generate resume content. Data is processed per Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase (AWS, ap-northeast-2 region).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7). We delete inactive accounts after 24 months.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted and credentials are never exposed publicly. Voice recordings are not stored permanently — only the extracted text transcript is saved.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your resume data

ReZoom is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. We'll notify active users via WhatsApp message when we make material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
